Objectives: 

The policy aims to achieve MM (DU) goals while ensuring that it ultimately results in the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. The donations and fundings are used in an organized manner so as to ensure a controlled and regular flow of funds while ensuring that these funds are used for the accomplishment of various projects. The main focus is on how the available resources can be used to ensure maximum output while making sure that the impact on environment is minimal.

Following are the policy pointers for optimum use of donations & fundings:

• Regularly contacting the alumni for contribution towards the development of MMDU
• Approaching the local administration and representatives of the assembly and parliament for their contribution
• Approaching the relevant industry for Projects/ Consultancy
• Scholarships/ freeships for meritorious Students
• Scholarships for economically backward Students
• Scholarships for disabled Students
• Funding for research projects
• Funding for start-ups
• Funding for upgradation of Labs. / Library
• Subsidised medical facilities for students and staff
